Since
joining Errand Solutions Michael has headed the implementation of
the Topgrading philosophy and the C.I.D.S. interviewing process.
In addition, through Michael’s leadership Errand Solutions
has refined its internal accountability metrics. Michael has been
employed by Errand Solutions since August of 2007.
Michael has
spent the last 25 years in the retail/hospitality setting while
serving in the role of Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager
and Operations Manager with well-known organizations such as the
Footlocker Corporation for 10 years; the Hatshack/Lids/Hatworld
Corporation for 8 years; Bed, Bath & Beyond; Coca Cola’s
retail division as well as The Athlete’s Foot and Edison Brother’s
Stores.
Michael has
been a vital part of implementing necessary change that has helped
each of these organizations to experience substantial growth. Shrink
Control, Sales Growth, Recruiting, and metric driven Accountabilities
were his major contributions. During his time at Footlocker the
company grew from 800 to 2400 retail locations, while at Hatshack
the company experienced growth of 700% in store base.
Educational
Background: Michael attended Business Management and Marketing classes
at Youngstown State University (1986) and more recently completed
Business Management and Intelligent Leadership coursework at the
University of Georgia (2003).
