Qualified VendorPartners are reliable leaders in their service categories. Our bakers are local favorites, caterers are known to deliver the best food, and our shoe and leather repair experts are respected craftsmen.

We have 2 levels of partnership to suit your type of business:

Platinum Partnerships: These partnerships are protected by a mutual contract to clarify payments (which Errand Solutions collects on your behalf) and ensure your prices are at or below retail costs.

Local Discount Deal Partnerships: For the organization that is not able to participate as a Platinum VendorPartner, our Local Discount Deals programs will allow your business to be included in our monthly flyers with periodic specials to our loyalty customers.

Your reputation is safe with Errand Solutions. Our policy is for our mutual customers to have a consistent good experience and that no negative perceptions will hurt our reputation or the reputation of our other VendorPartners. We also maintain a Service Excellence hotline to make sure our mutual customers are delighted with their services. We record every incident and guarantee a resolution within 3 business days. Often we resolve incidents within the day of the complaint.

We find our VendorPartners through recommendations from our current customer base (users) and our local Sanity Savers who are familiar with the local area. Each VendorPartner is qualified to be sure that they are fully insured, licensed, and in good standing with the Better Business Bureau. Only qualified service providers can become VendorPartners.
