Errand Solutions was initially designed to help people cross items off their personal to do lists while they’re at work, giving them more quality time with their friends and family. It was a great product and a proven way to increase employee productivity and help people save time and money.
The world has changed a lot since Marsha founded the company in 2000, and we had to adapt too. In response to some personal family health crises, we created a suite of non-clinical programs to help hospitals and other healthcare organizations enhance the patient and family experience, with the pleasant side effect of increasing patient satisfaction. As technology became a key driver for all industries, we created some cutting edge technology and a dedicated mobile app to help our customers access us from more ways than ever before.
